Je suis très heureuse de vous faire partager une découverte. Celle d’un nouveau talent repéré sur mon site d’enchères préféré. Il s’agit de trois toiles, art plutôt naïf (mon favori), mises en vente par une canadienne. Un peu cher certes, mais la qualité semble à l’honneur ainsi que l’originalité (au propre, comme au figuré)…

Original Tascha painting
Painted in acrylic paints on a 5″ x 7″ stretched canvas. The canvas has 3/4″ staple-free sides that are painted. No frame is needed! Signed on both the front and back with the year. It has been topped off with a gloss varnish.

Jennifer Paige (picture on top) played the role of the Siamese cat called “Cassandra” into the famous show (and longest running on Broadway at the time) “Cats”. According to Wikipedia, “Cassandra” would have been a brown and cream Abyssinian queen, with a braided tail, played by Renee Ceballos.
The free encyclopedia also indicates that “Ghengis” (aka Gilbert) was the leader of the crew of Siamese cats who lead to Growltiger’s demise.

Vue sur le site Coup d’coeur coup d’pat, cette jolie petite croisée siamoise stérilisée est née en 2007. Elle aurait donc 10/12 mois et d’après la description, Myosotis est sociable avec animaux et enfants. Elle est arrivée au refuge le 15 mai 2008, soit bientôt deux mois ; alors n’hésitez plus…

Nous avons 2 chatons disponibles (Akando le mâle et Aiyana la femelle) avec super pedigree qui cherchent des foyers accueillants et familiaux. Ils sont nés en avril 2008 dans notre petit groupe “Swiss traditional Siamese Cat Club“.

Sold on eBay by a certain Nostalgiapix, these pretty nice old picture dated of 1950 is entitled “Siamese Kitten Cat Drinking From Baby Bottle”, the seller’s description is the following:
Seattle: Cheen, a 4-month-old Seamese kitten looks on hungrily but patiently while her twin brother, Ming Toy, hoists a doll’s flask for a swig of his favorite beverage. Ming Toy picked up the bottle habit after too many scuffles at the milk plate with sister Cheen.
